Proposed Custody Changes Await Governor's Signature
The legislature passed a bill regarding minimum parenting time. Right now the law says if there is no reason against it than a parent is entitled to received at least 25 percent of the parenting time for the child. If the bill is passed, that would be changed to 35 percent.
