Metro Detroit home sales fall 2.2% after 9 months of gains
Metro Detroit's nine-month home sales increase streak is over. Sales of homes and condominiums fell 2.2 percent in April in the four-county area, Farmington Hills-based multiple listing service Realcomp II Ltd. reported Monday.

Toyota quarterly profit quadruples on recovery
